Apple iPhone 5S launched with fingerprint identity sensor
Apple iPhone 5S launched with fingerprint identity sensor
The iPhone 5S is powered by A7 chipset (64 bit architecture) with M7 motion coprocessor. The A7 chipset is 2 times faster than its predecessor the A6. M7 coprocessor adds as a sidekick that not only helps reduce power consumption but also takes off some load from the A7 chip. M7 handles the accelerometer, compass and gyro part. M7 can detect when you are running, driving or walking, it also consumes minimal power when in sleep mode.
If you compare the specifications with the Apple iPhone 5 there is not much of a difference. The screen, design and the internal storage space is the same. However Processor is different plus the camera now comes with improved lens and not to forget the fingerprint scanner that doubles as the home button (as well as the scanner).
The finger sensor is no doubt an innovative feature and a better security option. Users can unlock the phone and their fingerprint can also approve purchases made from stores. It does not matter how you hold the phone (portrait / landscape) the fingerprint scanner works anyway.

iPhone 5C Revealed In Entirety By Case Manufacturer
iPhone 5C Revealed In Entirety By Case Manufacturer
f one needed any more proof of the iPhone
5C existence, here’s some: case manufacturer CaseMate has actual
renders of the device adorned with its glitzy cases on its website.
The company cites a sell-before date of September 20th at 8am, likely aligning with the availability of the phone in stores.
The first case, pictured above, shows a foldable flip cover for the iPhone 5c, which reminds us a lot of Apple’s Smart Cover for the iPad.
Another render, seen above, shows the
iPhone 5C as it will look inside a couple of different cases: a
bumper-style case, and a hardshell case. More intriguingly, the leak
specifies a very particular launch window for Case-Mate’s cases: “EST.
SHIP DATE 9/20/2013 08:00:00 AM.”
It’s unknown whether CaseMate is using
its own renders (likely) or an official one (unlikely) for this mockup,
but the delineated plastic volume buttons shown through the small side
gap indicate that this is indeed different from the iPhone 5.
Additionally, 9to5Mac has posted photos
of promo shots for a number of new Switcheasy cases — new cases from the
company’s Numbers, Colors, Nude, and Tones lines. Most of the cases are
for the iPhone 5C, but the Odyssey case is notably listed as compatible
with the iPhone 5 and 5S, according to the post.
We’ll know more in the coming days — Apple is likely sending its invite for the September 10 event this week — but for now, enjoy the bedazzlement.

Google Android 4.4 a.k.a KitKat – have a break!
Rumors about the next Android OS were in the news for quite some time, it was also presumed that the 4.4 version would be called the Android Key Lime Pie, but it seems Google has given all the rumors a break and called it, KitKat.
Google has created a page that confirms the next ‘Android KitKat’ version. The page also shows a brief history of all the versions that have been created. If the word KitKat reminds you of the Nestle’s KitKat chocolate bar, well you are right, in fact Google has partnered with Nestle and preferred calling their next released as KitKat.

More iPhone 5c Images Leak Along With Packaging
More iPhone 5c Images Leak Along With Packaging
Apple is heavily rumoured to launch a couple new smartphones on September 10th – the low-cost plastic iPhone 5C and the new iPhone 5S. Apple has yet to confirm this date or these products, but the leaks have been a plenty.
The newest low-quality pictures to arrive online is from an overseas sites who claim to have snapped retail packaging of the “iPhone 5C” that includes the shipping box, manual and SIM card ejection instructions and tool.
The photos comes from website iApps.im, and it says that the pictures show iPhone 5C units in packaging.
It’s difficult to tell if the pictures are real, but they do seem to lineup with Apple’s past patterns. As with the 2012 iPod nano, the iPhone 5C seems to have a matching cover and wallpaper cover.
Two accompanying images show the rest of the stuff that’s allegedly found inside the iPhone 5C box, including the documentation and a SIM card ejector tool fastened to one of the sheets of paper inside.
These pictures lend more credence to the overall leak, but they’re still not enough to pass it as 100% legit.
Noticeably absent from this leak are the phone’s cable and headphones, along with the charger. However, this is hardly a surprise, since the phones themselves most likely lack their internals (i.e. logic board, battery, etc.).
Lastly, the photos indicate that the iPhone 5C will ship with iOS 7 pre-installed, something that was pretty much a given, since Apple has scheduled the iOS 7 launch for fall 2013.
